Aduku Says Falconets Already Studying Malawi Ahead of Final Qualifier

Head coach of the Nigeria women’s national under-20 football team, Moses Aduku, has revealed that his technical crew has already begun analysing Malawi women’s national football team ahead of the decisive round of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualification.

Aduku stated that the team understands the magnitude of the challenge ahead and is working hard to ensure they are fully prepared for the final stage of the qualification process.

“We have already started studying our next opponents,” Aduku said.

According to the coach, members of the technical crew are working together to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of Malawi in order to develop an effective game plan.

“The technical crew is on the same page and working together,” he explained.

The Falconets coach emphasised that although the team has performed well in earlier rounds of the qualifiers, their achievements so far will mean very little if they fail to secure qualification for the tournament.

“Everything we have done so far will not matter if we fail to get the ticket,” he noted.

Aduku stressed that the players are fully aware of the pressure that comes with representing Nigeria and competing for a place at the global tournament.

“We understand the pressure and we are ready to face it,” he added.

The coach also expressed confidence in his players, stating that the team is determined to make the country proud by securing qualification.

“The girls are focused and determined to achieve our objective,” he said.

Nigeria has traditionally been one of the strongest teams in African women’s youth football, and Aduku believes the Falconets have what it takes to maintain that reputation.

“Our goal is to qualify and represent Nigeria proudly at the World Cup,” he concluded.
