The third edition of Addbrand Cup will take centre stage this Wednesday at Abalti Barracks near Ojuelegba in Surulere, Lagos, Sports247 reports.
The talent development competition is organised by MSport Link Africa and supported annually by Addbrand, a Swedish company that is committed to youth development through sports.

This year’s edition will feature eight teams each in the under-13 boys and girls’ free age categories, starting 9am at the refurbished military base that now has an astro-turf pitch.
The boys teams that are set for action this midweek are Phoenix, Future Stars, Twelve Angels, Tekkers FA, Strong Dove FA, Sharp Talent FA, MSport FA and Brave Heart FA.
The girls’ squads that will aim for the top prize are CATS Ladies, Phoenix Queens, Lilly Legend, Great Stars Amazons, Angel Females, 88W Soccer Academy, Aseyori Queens and BG Sports Academy.
Founder of the competition, Moses Martins Ebuka, a product of British Council’s former project team, Community Action Through Sport (CATS), thanked Sweden-based Addbrand and the Swedish Embassy in Nigeria for backing the competition up to this third edition, which he assured will be another historic outing for all the participating clubs, players, coaches, officials, fans and journalists.
“The tournament is getting bigger and better. We want to show the kids that we value them and care for them. We want to use this tournament to keep their dreams alive,” Ebuka stated.
