Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, has congratulated the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development, Hon. Adeboye Anthony Adeyinka, on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.

Abiru noted that Adeboye’s appointment as Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Grassroots Sports Development reflects his longstanding dedication to nurturing young talents and promoting sports as a powerful tool for discipline, social inclusion, and national development.

According to the Lagos East lawmaker, Adeboye’s efforts in grassroots sports have helped create opportunities for young Nigerians, giving them platforms to discover their talents and channel their energies into productive ventures.

“Your role as Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Grassroots Sports Development speaks to your longstanding dedication to nurturing sports talents and promoting sports as a tool for social inclusion, discipline, and nation-building. The senator also acknowledged Adeboye’s contributions to the growth and stability of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State and across the country, commending his loyalty and commitment to progressive politics.
