A&A FC Arrive Anambra, Set Up Awka Camp Ahead 2023 NLO Campaign

A&A Kiviasennus have matched words with action following their arrival to Anambra State on Friday in readiness for their campaign in the 2023 Nationwide League One, a third-tier domestic league in the country.

On arrival, the Ben Lotanna side quickly set up their training camp at Mgbakwu and would likely play their NLO home matches at the Awka City Stadium, who’s is also the home ground of Rangers in the NPFL and Edel FC in the NNL.

A&A Kiviasennus is owned and funded by Anthony Atuegwu, a Finland-based Interlocking business mogul.
“We’ve arrived in Awka (on Friday) and we’re trying to settle down for the business which brought us here”, Coach Lotanna quipped.

The previously Lagos-based A&A football academy had indicated an interest in playing in the 2023 NEROS/Anambra FA Cup but logistic hiccups associated with their relocation ensured they didn’t participate.

They would become the second NLO side to represent Anambra State after Aspire Football Academy of Adazi Ani.

Ozalla Football Academy and Rangels are flying the state flag in the NLO2.

The swell in football, especially at the grassroots level is in tandem with the vision and policy thrust of the new leadership of, the State FA headed by ex International, Chikelue Iloenyosi.
