Bayern Munich of Germany’s Nigerian-born French international, Michael Olise has received a stern warning from the club’s coach, Vincent Kompany, who charged the dazzler ‘to keep better control of himself’ during tough encounters.
Sports247 reports that Kompany served the warning in the wake of a red card Olise was shown for ball dissent during The Bavarians’ latest match in the UEFA Champions League, and they eventually struggled to eke out a 3-3 draw.

Kompany pointedly and publicly scolded Olise for receiving a ‘stupid’ second yellow card in the 74th minute of Tuesday’s draw away to Viking Stavanger of Norway, as the mulatto lad lost his cool after a tussle and threw the ball against the opponents’ captain, Zlatko Tripic’s head.
At that point, Bayern had turned a 2-0 half-time deficit into a 3-2 lead, but conceded an equaliser shortly before the final whistle, due to the dismissal of Olise, who will now miss next week Wednesday’s clash with Arsenal of England.
Kompany posited in an interview with Prime Video: “This red card is so stupid. We addressed it clearly. Michael needs to keep better control of himself in those situations. He knows that. You could see that he felt sorry for the team.
“This was not a final or a semi-final, but these moments are decisive over the course of a season. Hopefully, this will be one of those moments where you say: we learned from it and became stronger.”
