The 27-year-old Nigerian shot-stopper could be on the verge of securing the biggest move of his professional career as the Serie A club searches for elite long-term reinforcement between the posts.
Since making his high-profile switch from English side Watford to Udinese in 2023, Maduka Okoye has dramatically rebuilt his career trajectory and firmly established himself as a commanding, reliable presence in Italian top-flight football.
His impressive progression and steady growth in Serie A have drawn serious admiration from Inter Milan officials, while Udinese has placed a firm €20 million price tag on the star player that will decide whether a formal deal happens.
Securing his signature will certainly not come cheap for any prospective buyer, but his recent performances justify the high valuation. He has maintained his fundamental role as a trusted starting figure again this season, continuously showcasing rapid reaction saves, sharp reflexes, and impressive command of his penalty area throughout demanding league fixtures.
With Maduka Okoye remaining an indispensable option for Nigeria’s national team on the international stage, securing a dream move to San Siro would instantly cement his reputation among Europe’s elite goalkeeping talent. Football fans across the globe will now be watching closely to see if Inter Milan will meet Udinese’s steep asking price and complete this blockbuster transfer.
