Sporting Lagos will travel to Jos to face Plateau United in their next Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) fixture on Sunday, October 18.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 4pm at the New Jos Stadium, as Sporting Lagos prepare for another test on the road.
The Lagos-based side announced the fixture on its official social media page, describing the trip as their “next stop” in the Middle Belt.
Sporting Lagos will be hoping to put up a strong performance against Plateau United as they continue their league campaign.
However, playing away from home could present a different challenge for the visitors, with Plateau United set to enjoy home support in Jos.
For Plateau United, the fixture offers an opportunity to make home advantage count against a Sporting Lagos side travelling from Lagos.
Both teams will be looking to secure a positive result, making Sunday’s encounter an important fixture for their respective league ambitions.
With kick-off set for 4pm, attention will be on how Sporting Lagos handle the away challenge and whether they can return to Lagos with a valuable result.
