Nigeria’s El-Kanemi Warriors produced a commanding performance to secure a convincing 3-0 victory over UDIB of Guinea-Bissau in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Sports reports that the Maiduguri-based side turned on the style after the break, with Nnamdi Mejuobi emerging as the hero after scoring twice in the space of four minutes.

Mejuobi opened the scoring in the 52nd minute, giving the Warriors the breakthrough they had been searching for.
The forward was back on the scoresheet just four minutes later, successfully converting from the penalty spot in the 56th minute to double El-Kanemi Warriors’ advantage.
With the Nigerian side firmly in control, Dayo Wahab put the result beyond doubt in the 87th minute, completing a comprehensive 3-0 victory.
The win capped a strong second-half display from El-Kanemi Warriors, who maintained their attacking pressure and defensive discipline to see out the contest without conceding.
Mejuobi’s brace proved decisive, while Wahab’s late strike added further gloss to a result that underlined the Warriors’ continental ambitions.
