Elsewhere, Tunisia’s Ela Saidi continued her impressive campaign with a 3-1 victory over Egypt’s Daleela Mahgoub, while Egypt’s Malak Zaki eased into the semi-finals after dispatching Tunisia’s Elee Abassi in straight sets (3-0).
The results have set up two exciting semi-final clashes as the battle for the continental crown intensifies.
