Nigerian Winger Yira Collins Sor Set to Stay at Genk Amid Transfer Speculation

Nigerian winger Yira Collins Sor is expected to remain with Belgian side K.R.C. Genk beyond the current season amid growing transfer speculation surrounding his future.

The 24-year-old attacker, who remains one of the exciting Nigerian talents in Belgium, is reportedly not attracting any concrete transfer offers at the moment despite interest being monitored around his situation.

Sources close to the player indicate that Genk are currently planning with Sor as part of their squad moving forward, with the Nigerian international still under contract at the club until the summer of 2027.

The winger is presently valued at around €3 million, reflecting both his experience and attacking qualities developed during his time in European football.

Known for his pace, direct dribbling, movement in wide areas, and ability to create danger in transition, Sor has continued to remain an important attacking option within the squad whenever called upon.

The Nigerian forward previously enjoyed successful spells in Europe before joining Genk, steadily building a reputation as a hardworking and versatile attacking player capable of operating across multiple forward positions.

While transfer rumours continue to circulate ahead of the summer window, current indications suggest the player is likely to continue his journey with the Belgian side unless a significant offer arrives.

For now, Yira Collins Sor remains focused on his development and performances as he prepares for another important season with Genk in Belgian football.
