World No.1 para-badminton star Eniola Bolaji has expressed joy at reaching the top of the global rankings, describing her current moment as a dream come true.

Bolaji, who recently rose to the summit of the SL3 category, said the journey has been overwhelming but fulfilling.
“I’m living my dream,” she said.
The Nigerian star admitted that everything happening around her still feels surreal, especially after years of hard work and dedication to the sport.
“It still feels unbelievable, but I’m grateful,” she added.
Despite reaching the pinnacle, Bolaji is not resting on her achievements. Instead, she has set her sights on maintaining her position as the world’s best.
“I want to remain number one for a long time,” she stated.
She emphasized that staying at the top will require consistency, discipline, and regular participation in international tournaments.
According to her, competing frequently against top players is key to sustaining her ranking and continuing her development.
“I need to keep playing more tournaments,” she noted.
Bolaji also acknowledged the role of hard work and focus in her rise, stressing that she remains committed to improving her game.
