Sports247 gathered that Ubogagu continues waxing strong with regular top performances in the lower cadre United Super League (USL), as she leads the modest club based in the flamboyant State of Texas, USA.

Ubogagu was born in London, where her mother, Tina a nurse and father Aloy, a social worker, settled after arriving from Nigeria seeking job opportunities, but she was only three years old when they divorced.

She moved with her mother and older brother to Coppell, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolis, from where she grew into a high-profile former United States youth international, but later represented England at senior level.

Ubogagu starred at top level in collegiate soccer for Stanford University, then played for Orlando Pride, Brisbane Roar, Houston Dash, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur in thst order.

She was capped at various youth levels for the United States, winning the 2012 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, after which she chose to represent England’s national team at the senior level in 2018.

Ubogagu moved to Dallas in 2024 from Tottenham of England, two years after she was slammed with a nine-month ban for drug related issues, but her return to the USA has since turned into a massive career revival.

Her most recent surge was winning USL Super League Player of the Month for December 2025, after helping Dallas to an undefeated run and scored their game-tying goal in a 1-1 draw against Lexington SC to close the year.

She also notched an assist, three chances created, won 14 duels at a 58.3 percent success rate, then recorded eight clearances and won 5 of 6 tackles.

Sports247 submits, as 2026 gathers steam, the revival word out of Dallas is for a Nigerian-born female soccer star, who is still blowing hot at the age of 33 … her name: Chioma Grace Ubogagu.
