The decision follows approval from the Nigeria Premier Football League for the club to move from their temporary base at the MKO Abiola Stadium.

The Ilorin-based side, popularly known as the Harmony Boys, confirmed that their first game at the Lagos venue will be against Rangers International on Sunday, March 15.

Kwara United had previously adopted Abeokuta as their home ground after being banned indefinitely from playing at their original base in Ilorin following crowd disturbances during a league match against Rivers United earlier in the season.

According to the club, the latest relocation to Lagos was approved to ensure better matchday conditions and maintain sporting fairness as the league season approaches its decisive stages.

The Matchday 30 fixture against Rangers International at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena is scheduled to kick off at 4:00 pm.

Kwara United will play their remaining home fixtures of the campaign at the historic Onikan ground, which has hosted several domestic and continental matches in recent years.
