Oshoba, currently ranked as the International Boxing Federation’s number one contender, said she is eager to showcase her skills and continue building momentum in her professional career.

“I’m really excited for this fight and ready to step into the ring,” Oshoba said.

The Nigerian fighter will face Arnell over six rounds, with each round lasting three minutes — the same duration typically used in men’s boxing. “This is a great opportunity for me to prove myself again,” she added.

Oshoba enters the bout with an impressive background in amateur boxing. She is a six-time Nigerian national champion and has won medals at major continental competitions, including the African Games, African Zone 3 Championships, and the Commonwealth Games.

“Every fight is a chance to grow and show the world what I can do,” she noted.

The boxer emphasized that she has been working hard in training and is determined to deliver a strong performance for her supporters. “I’ve prepared well and I’m confident in my abilities,” she explained.

Oshoba also acknowledged the significance of fighting on a major card featuring top female boxing talent. “Being on such a big platform motivates me even more,” she said.

As the fight night approaches, Oshoba promised fans an entertaining performance.
“I’m ready to give my best and make my fans proud,” she concluded.
