Swedish top-flight club IF Elfsborg have completed the signing of highly rated Nigerian midfielder Oladimeji Abdulmuiz from Beyond Limits Football Academy.

The 17-year-old has signed a long-term contract with Elfsborg that will run until the summer of 2029. He is scheduled to complete a permanent move to Borås in June, when he officially links up with the club ahead of the new season.
Abdulmuiz, popularly known as “Muiz,” has attracted growing attention for his impressive performances at youth and academy level in Nigeria and abroad.
He is regarded as one of the standout prospects produced by Beyond Limits, where he has featured prominently in domestic competitions, including the Nigeria National League (NNL) and the Creative Championship (TCC).
On the international stage, the midfielder has represented Nigeria at youth level, playing for the Golden Eaglets during the 2024 WAFU Zone B U17 Championship.
He further enhanced his reputation in Sweden at the 2025 Gothia Puma Cup, where he played a key role in Beyond Limits’ title-winning campaign, contributing goals and strong all-round displays.
Known for his versatility, Abdulmuiz is praised for his ability to control the tempo of games, support attacking transitions and contribute defensively with a high work rate.
