Asisat Oshoala delivered a standout performance, scoring twice to earn Player of the Match honours, but her efforts were not enough as Al Hilal Ladies were held to a dramatic 3–3 draw by Al Ahli Women in an entertaining league encounter.

The hosts started brightly and took the lead in the 29th minute when Ghizlane Chebbak finished from close range to set the tone for a high-tempo contest.
Just two minutes later, Al Hilal doubled their advantage, with Oshoala reacting quickest inside the box to turn home a low cross from Jéssica Silva and make it 2–0.
Al Ahli responded when an own goal by Nawal Al Gelaish reduced the deficit to 2–1 in the 36th minute, but Al Hilal restored their two-goal cushion shortly before the break.
Oshoala stepped up confidently in stoppage time, converting from the penalty spot to give her side a 3–1 lead and her second goal of the night.
However, the visitors mounted a strong second-half comeback. Naomie Kabakaba pulled one back in first-half added time with a composed finish following a swift counterattack, before Al Ahli completed the comeback in the 65th minute. Fadwa Khaled rose highest to head home Kabakaba’s cross, levelling the score at 3–3.
Despite late pressure from both sides, neither team could find a winner. Oshoala’s brace and all-round influence stood out, underlining her importance to Al Hilal Ladies, even as they were forced to settle for a share of the spoils in a pulsating contest.
