Jimoh-Aloba joined the Aston Villa academy in August 2023 and has enjoyed a rapid rise through the ranks.
He scored his first senior professional goal last week in Villa’s UEFA Europa League clash against Red Bull Salzburg, a landmark moment that followed his Premier League debut in December.
An England youth international, the 18-year-old was a standout performer at academy level last season.
He registered a goal and an assist as Villa’s Under-18s lifted the FA Youth Cup and also played a key role in England’s youth side securing a historic treble of trophies.
The loan move to West Bromwich Albion is expected to provide Jimoh-Aloba with valuable experience at senior level as he continues his development. Aston Villa will monitor his progress closely during his time with the Baggies.
West Bromwich Albion, meanwhile, add a creative midfield option to their squad as they push on with their campaign.
