Nigerian Boxer Sulaiman Jafaru Set to Take on Kiwitt With WBO Global, WBF World Titles on Line This Weekend in Germany  

Freddy “King” Kiwitt is set to return to the ring this Saturday, January 17, 2026, when he faces Suleiman “Armor Tank” Jafaru in a high-stakes super welterweight showdown at the GP Joule Arena in Flensburg, Germany.

The bout will see two major titles up for grabs, with the WBO Global Super Welterweight title and the WBF World Super Welterweight title both on the line, adding significant prestige to the contest.

Fans around the world will be able to follow the action live, as the event will be streamed on DAZN, with coverage beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Kiwitt enters the fight with a professional record of 28 wins, three losses and 18 knockouts, bringing experience and power into the ring.

His opponent, Jafaru, boasts an impressive 17-1 record, with 14 of his victories coming by knockout, underlining his reputation as a dangerous and aggressive fighter.

The clash was originally scheduled for November 2025 but was postponed after Kiwitt suffered a virus.

Following his recovery, the bout was rescheduled for January, setting the stage for what promises to be an explosive encounter.
