FC Robo Queens produced a ruthless performance to defeat Dannaz Ladies 5–1 in a one-sided Lagos derby, rounding off Matchday Four of the NWFL Premiership in emphatic fashion ahead of the Christmas break.
The visitors wasted no time in asserting their dominance, taking the lead inside six minutes. Kemi Adegbuyi broke the deadlock with a well-taken effort that set the tone for an intense afternoon at the Lagos venue.

Just three minutes later, Robo Queens doubled their advantage as Tosin Rafiu finished clinically to leave Dannaz Ladies reeling under early pressure.
Dannaz briefly found a lifeline in the 26th minute when Augusta Chukwuma reduced the deficit with a close-range finish, capitalising on a rare defensive lapse to make it 2–1 and momentarily ignite the home crowd.
However, Robo Queens quickly restored their two-goal cushion in the 35th minute. A costly goalkeeping error from Dannaz Ladies was punished by Opeyemi Ajakaiye, whose effort crept into the net to make it 3–1 before the break.
The second half followed a similar pattern, with Robo Queens firmly in control. Ajakaiye grabbed her second goal of the match in the 65th minute, extending the visitors’ lead to 4–1 after a well-executed attacking move.
The scoring was capped late on in the 85th minute when Rodiat Yusuf produced a stunning free kick to complete the rout and underline Robo Queens’ attacking quality.
The convincing victory further strengthens FC Robo Queens’ position as one of the league’s standout sides, while Dannaz Ladies will look to regroup during the break as they reflect on a difficult derby outing.
