Sports247 gathered that the England international has brought his Nigerian blood to the forefront at Emirates Stadium, as he has entrenched a regular pattern for prayers by all the players and crew.

The new trend for prayers has been approved by Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta, who reckons that it is an innovation that comes in addition to everything else the team has tried in previous shots at the EPL title.

However, after coming close twice yet falling at the last hurdle, Arteta is wont to admit that ’something extra’ needs to be done in order to win the title this season, hence his approval of Madueke’s new spiritual charge.

Madueke is now at the head of Arsenal ‘Bible Boys’ group, as he pointed at the power of religion in their squad and their new prayer habits that are fueling The Gunners’ title charge

The report out of London added that Madueke is joined by nine of his teammates in praying together and studying Bible verses before each match, a process he believes is giving them a ‘massive boost’ on the pitch.
