A stunning declaration has emerged from an authoritative source that Galatasaray of Turkey striker, Victor James Osimhen will join Real Madrid of Spain in the summer of 2026.
Sports247 gathered that the prediction came from no less a person than former Super Eagles’ captain and head coach, Sunday Ogorchukwu Oliseh.
Although Oliseh stopped short of revealing his source, the highly respected ex-international, who is now an analyst and tactician, stressed that Osimhen will join Madrid.
While Osimhen appears to have settled down firmly at Galatasaray and has been previously linked with top clubs in England, Oliseh said he has been told that his compatriot will move to Madrid instead.
Oliseh, who played for Julius Berger FC of Lagos, AC Regianna and Juventus of Italy, VfL Bochum, FC Cologne and Borussia Dortmund of Germany as well as Ajax of Netherlands, made the revelation while speaking on Insight Podcast.
He declared bodly: “There’s a lot of talk about Osimhen potentially joining Real Madrid. I won’t say how I got this information, but I’ve been told he’s going.
“We’ll see what happens, but when I heard it from a prominent figure in Nigeria, I was very happy for the young man.”
