Rising Nigerian forward Adebosin, from Right 2 Win FC in Abia State, has taken a big step toward his European dream as he begins a trial with Portuguese outfit FC Famalicão.
The promising attacker was previously close to completing a move to Cypriot club Pafos FC, but the transfer collapsed for undisclosed reasons. Now, a bigger door has opened. Adebosin has joined the Famalicenses on trial, and initial signs indicate a highly positive outcome.
With his 18th birthday coming up next summer, he is expected to sign his first professional contract with the Portuguese club, should the trial conclude successfully. If all goes well, he will officially link up with fellow Nigerian Umar Abubakar, who currently plays for Famalicão’s first team.
Adebosin has already made a flying start. In his first appearance for Famalicão U19 in the Campeonato Nacional de Juniores A last week, he made an instant impression by scoring on his debut, showcasing his sharp instincts and attacking quality.
Confident, composed, and hungry, the young forward is already turning heads in Portugal.
