After Matchday 5 results brought major changes to the standings, Lugna Properties, Wizh Clothings, and Drexel Apartments all enter the last round with a mathematical chance of lifting the trophy.

Lugna Properties remain top with 10 points and a +2 goal difference, despite suffering their first defeat of the season against Wizh Clothings. Wizh Clothings sit second with 9 points and a +3 goal difference, while Drexel Apartments follow closely with 9 points and a 0 goal difference. The Beats Electronics have 1 point.

Lugna Properties will win the Synergy Cup if they defeat Drexel.

The title race became wide open after Wizh Clothings scored three goals before Lugna recorded a late consolation in their 3–1 Matchday 5 victory. Drexel Apartments also strengthened their position by scoring twice before The Beats Electronics added a consolation in their 2–1 win.
