Calvary Bible Church Men’s Coordinator Innocent Asakomhe Counts Blessings Of Sports Fiesta

The Men of Courage Fellowship coordinator at Calvary Bible Church (CBC), Innocent Asakomhe has expressed delight with the turn of events and general outcome of the group’s multiple sports fiesta that took place on Saturday, Sports247 reports.

The fourth edition of the sports day, which is staged annually by CBC’s men’s group, was another rallying point for them to compete in a cordial and healthy manner at the church located in Idimu-Council axis of Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State.

While expressing profound gratitude to all the men, church officials and the lead pastor for their joint-efforts that made the day a huge success, the man fondly called Bro Innocent enthused that all objectives of the day were realised.

He pointed out that the day’s activities were staged under the theme ‘Men of Courage Sports Fuesta 4.0’ and aimed at encouraging physical activities among male members of the church, which is led by Pastor Olumide Emmanuel.

Asakomhe retorted, “I want to sincerely appreciate everyone for the financial support, admonition and participation towards our funfilled sporting event held yesterday.

“Words fail me to deliver the warmest regards as unanimously deserve to you all. To the winners of the various categories, this is also a hearty congratulations to you all. Don’t stop representing your group.”

He concluded by giving special plaudits to the overall winning group in the day’s activities that included aerobics, ludo, scrabble, table tennis, chess, athletics, jenga and football.

“I say a special congratulations to Joshuaites for winning about four categories of the games – including the star event, football. You guys, in my observation, were the most coordinated, hence the victory.

“Also to the coordinators and assistants, well done. You guys have done well. I want to urge us as men to keep this bond up and never relent. Let’s keep doing this together. Remain blessed,” Asakomhe sermonised.
