Tournament coordinator Wale Joseph expressed confidence that this year’s edition will deliver memorable football for fans and serve as a major development platform for young players.
“The teams are evenly matched, and the competition is going to be fierce,” Joseph said. “We’re expecting amazing performances, and we’re confident fans will enjoy the tournament.”
As always, the Lagos Supremacy Cup will attract scouts from clubs within and outside Nigeria, with representatives from Belgium, Brazil, and France expected to attend. Their presence offers players a rare opportunity to take a significant step in their careers.
