Nigeria’s highly rated U15 midfielder Raheem Moyinoluwa Salaudeen has made an immediate impact in Europe after delivering a standout performance in his first training session with Lambeth Tigers FC in London, England.
Salaudeen, one of the brightest prospects in the Future Eagles setup, was invited to train with the English youth side following a recommendation facilitated by Buruj Sports Academy, where he developed into one of Nigeria’s most technically gifted teenagers.

Sources inside the London club told reporters that the 15-year-old “looked calm, composed, and tactically sharp,” with coaches impressed by his decision-making, close control and intelligence on the ball.
This latest display underscores the growing reputation of the young midfielder, who has already made history as the youngest player ever to feature in the Nationwide League One (NLO) and has represented Nigeria at multiple international youth tournaments, including the 2025 Youth Games in Annaba, Algeria.
Staff at Lambeth Tigers noted that Salaudeen adapted quickly to the tempo of English academy football, showing confidence that belied his age and seamlessly blending into the tactical drills.
A senior coach described his performance as “exceptional for a first session,” adding that the Nigerian youngster “possesses the kind of technical profile you rarely see at 15.”
Salaudeen, who models his game after Manchester City and Barcelona midfielders, continues to attract attention from scouts who see him as one of Nigeria’s most exciting long-term prospects.
His development pathway is being jointly guided by Buruj Sports Academy, whose founder, Dr Waheed Buruji, has been expanding international partnerships to create clearer professional routes for young Nigerian players.
With more sessions scheduled in the coming weeks, observers say the London stint could mark the beginning of a significant chapter in Salaudeen’s journey.
