The atmosphere is electric as the Island AllStars Sports Club Lagos officially unveils the logo, mascot, and full fixtures for the much-anticipated WERBLACK WINES Synergy Cup Tournament 2025.
The unveiling ceremony marks the final step in preparations for what promises to be one of the most exciting and unifying football events in the club’s history.

The tournament officially kicks off on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Lagos Business School Arena, Ajah, and will run through November 29, 2025. Featuring four strong teams — The Beats Electronics, Wiz Clothings, Lugna Properties, and Drexel Apartments — the league will deliver six action-packed weekends of football, with only one match-free weekend on November 15 for a multisports event.
Speaking during the unveiling, the Club’s Director of Sports, Chief Dr. Ike Okorafor, expressed confidence in the club’s readiness and praised the synergy behind the tournament’s organization:
“Everything is now set — from the teams to the logo, the mascot, and the schedule. This tournament is not just about football; it’s about unity, identity, and the values that Island All Stars stand for. We are building a culture where fitness, friendship, and excellence meet.”
He also emphasized that the WERBLACK WINES Synergy Cup would serve as a symbol of collaboration between sports and community values:
“This competition represents teamwork and passion. It is our way of showing that sport continues to be one of the strongest tools for unity and positive engagement. We want every All Star club in Nigeria to see this as the standard of organization and togetherness.
The Sports Management Committee (SMC) confirmed the fixtures, with the first-round matches featuring opening encounters between The Beats Electronics vs Wiz Clothings at 8:30 AM, followed by Lugna Properties vs Drexel Apartments at 10:30 AM.
The unveiling of the tournament logo and mascot, both symbolizing synergy, energy, and unity, reflects the creative spirit of the Island All Stars brand — a fusion of sport, friendship, and class.
