Amarachi Obi, an 11-year-old football talent of Nigerian and Thai descent, delivered a standout performance at the Malaysia Borneo Girls Cup, guiding her team Makati Girls FC of the Philippines to tournament glory.

The young forward was the star of the final at Penampang Stadium, scoring both goals in a 2-0 win over Bella FC to secure the title. Across the competition, Obi was instrumental in her team’s success, contributing six goals and several assists to cap an outstanding individual campaign.
