Nigeria’s U17 national team captain, Edeh David, is quickly establishing himself as one of the brightest young midfielders in African football.
The Adoration FC talent is currently leading the Golden Eaglets at the WAFU B U17 Championship in Côte d’Ivoire, where his creativity, passing range, and composure have caught the eye of many observers.

“It’s an honor to captain the Golden Eaglets, but my focus is to help the team first,” David said. “I’m grateful for the support I’ve received from my coaches and teammates. I know this is just the beginning, and I will keep working hard, staying humble, and trusting God for whatever comes next.”
