He said:
“We’re currently in talks with the brand for sponsorship and plan to reach out to more. In exchange for their sponsorship, we will offer them prominent visibility on our pitch side panels, tickets, jersey, merchandise, and online platforms, among others. We hope to secure some partnership soon, and we will unveil them as they come on board.”
“We want to make Shooting Star a financially viable club that doesn’t depend entirely on government support. Our goal is to stabilise, perform strongly in the league, and push for silverware or a continental ticket as the ultimate reward.”
“We are trying to ensure that past mistakes aren’t repeated. We’ve started a proper documentation of players to know those on loan and those purchased so we can profit from player sales and run the club sustainably without support from the government entirely.”
“As management, we should be transparent with the fans and not hide any information from them. We won’t run a secretive administration.”
The Oluyole Warriors’ first test in the league opener will be against Bayelsa United at Lekan Salami Stadium as the massive face-lift promised by Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami kicks off.
