Kun Khalifat FC earned promotion from the Nigeria National League (NNL) in what was described by fans as a fairytale run, showcasing tactical discipline, resilience, and attacking flair. With their NPFL debut now just weeks away, the club says it is not just coming to participate—but to compete.
“The club’s mentality is centred around achieving dreams with hunger, clarity of purpose, and fearless ambition that will set us apart from our opponents,” Amaefule added.
The club’s preparation has reportedly included intensive preseason training, targeted player recruitment, and a strategic overhaul of its football operations. Sources within the club say the management has also prioritized infrastructure development and youth scouting as part of a long-term growth strategy.
Amaefule concluded with a rallying call to the fans:
“We are well prepared for this historic milestone, and we charge our teeming fans across the globe to give us even stronger support as we thank them for their outpour of love and solidarity.”
With high expectations and a fearless outlook, Kun Khalifat FC’s clash with Rangers International will not only be a baptism of fire—it could also be the beginning of something special in Nigerian football.
