European Clubs Eye Nigerian Duo Charity Reuben, Chinaza Favour Agoh After Stellar Season In Egypt

Top European clubs are showing strong interest in Nigerian strikers Charity Reuben and Chinaza Favour Agoh following their sensational debut season in the Egyptian Women’s Premier League.

Reuben, who led the attack for Al Ahly Women, scored 8 goals in 8 appearances, including the winning goal in the first-ever women’s Cairo derby and a dominant hat-trick against El Ghouna. Her performance also helped Al Ahly clinch the Egyptian Women’s Cup in May 2025.

At ZED Women, Agoh made an immediate impact with 14 goals in just 7 matches, making her one of the league’s most lethal finishers since arriving in October 2024.

“Joining Al Ahly was a dream—and scoring in the Cairo derby was unforgettable,” Reuben said.

“This success is down to hard work, belief, and a hunger to improve every day.”

“I came determined to make my mark, and every training session has been about pushing my limits,” said Agoh. “I want to carry this form forward and help my team fight for titles.”

Both players have drawn attention from clubs in Spain, England, France, and Germany, with scouts tracking their progress closely.

Their performances have not only elevated their clubs but also strengthened their cases for potential national team call-ups and European moves
