Despite Nigeria’s precarious position in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Super Eagles assistant manager Fidelis Ilechukwu remains confident that the team will secure a spot at the global tournament.

Speaking with determination, Ilechukwu acknowledged the tough road ahead but insisted that qualification is still achievable. He urged Nigerians, both at home and in the diaspora, to rally behind the national team as they push through the remaining matches.
