Brighton & Hove Albion Women have welcomed back one of their brightest young talents — 19-year-old goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor — as preparations heat up for the 2025–26 Barclays Women’s Super League season.
After loan spells with Hibernian, Plymouth Argyle, and Portsmouth, Erhabor returns to the Seagulls as a more seasoned, confident shot-stopper.

Her development away from home has been nothing short of impressive, showcasing maturity beyond her years and a hunger to compete at the highest level.
Now, with Brighton pushing for a top-tier breakthrough under head coach Dario Vidošić, Erhabor is ready to fight for a first-team place and make her mark in the Super League.
But her ambition doesn’t end at the club level.
Born in the Netherlands to Nigerian parents, Erhabor has made it clear that her international future lies with Nigeria.
Previously invited to the Super Falcons’ U-17 camp, she has since reaffirmed her commitment to wearing the green and white — spurning potential ties to the Dutch national setup.
“I want to represent Nigeria — it’s in my blood, it’s in my heart,” she’s said. And her eyes are firmly on the prize: earning a spot in the Nigerian U-20 Women’s World Cup squad, and eventually the Super Falcons senior team.
Erhabor’s return to Brighton isn’t just a club homecoming — it’s the next chapter in a bigger dream. With determination in her gloves and Nigeria in her heart, she stands on the brink of something special.
For Brighton, she’s a rising star.
For Nigeria, she could be the future No. 1.
