The 23-year-old goalkeeper’s performance capped off a remarkable season, during which she also won the French Division 1 Féminine Best Goalkeeper award—becoming the first African to claim the honour.

She recorded 11 clean sheets and saved seven penalties throughout the season, the highest in any European top league.

Her club heroics come on the heels of her international success with the Super Falcons, where she played a key role in securing Nigeria’s qualification for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Nnadozie was also crowned CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year in 2023, further establishing her as one of the top goalkeepers in the world.

With her latest performance, Nnadozie not only helped Paris FC break a nearly two-decade-long trophy drought but also strengthened her reputation as a rising legend in women’s football.
