The stage is set for the commencement of the 2025 Edo State Cricket (Male) League Today Saturday, November 8 as four clubs will be involved in the curtain raiser.
These are under 17 Cricket club, integrity Force Cricket club; and No limit Cricket Club.
These clubs will pair against each other in the curtain raiser matches as the highly rated annual Cricket league tournament will takes the T20 format.

A total of 8 teams battle in a round Robin regular league season which will then climax with a super 4 playoffs for the top 4 teams in the regular season.
The tournament is expected to be played within four weeks as the closing ceremony is scheduled for 7th of December 2025.
The eight clubs registered for the tournament are the No Limit Cricket Club, Invictus Cricket Club, Crusaders Cricket Club, Integrity Force Cricket Club, Uniben Cricket Club, Dolphins Cricket Club, Delta Force Cricket Club and the Under 17 Cricket Club.
The High Performance Centre For Cricket, Edo Boys High School, Ugbowo, Benin City and the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Cricket, Iyoba college, Ugbowo, Benin City are the two venues that host matches during the tournament.
The opening games of the league will see two matches played simultaneously at the two venues.
At the High performance centre, Edo Boys High School, the Under 17 Cricket club will take on Integrity force Cricket club; while No limit Cricket Club will square up against Invictus Cricket club at the Centre of Excellence for Women Cricket, Iyoba college. Both matches will kick off exactly at 9:00 AM.
Later in the day, Delta force Cricket club will be in action against the Under 17 Cricket club at the High performance centre, Edo boys High School while Dolphins and Crusaders will lockhorns at the Centre of Excellence for women Cricket, Iyoba College with both matches holding at exactly 1:30 PM simultaneously.
