The Delta state Commissioner for Primary and Basic Education, Hon.Sunday Onoriode has assured that the 4th Edition of the Zenith Bank Delta state Principal Cup will be an improved version of the previous editions.
While addressing news men in his conference in Asaba this Monday, he said the public and private primary school completion will run from Wednesday 18th of January to Tuesday 14th February 2023. And the official kickoff will hold at the St. Patrick’s College Asaba on the 20th.
Responding to questions from the press, retired Nigeria professional footballer and Chairman Technical and verification committee, Lucky Sunday said over 600 hundred schools will participate in the 2023 edition surpass the over 300 of the previous tournament.
He further said that some of the discovered players are gradually taking their career to the profession level in different clubs.
