Divine Progress Onyekwere performed brilliantly in goal for Adanimogo FC in a 2-2 friendly encounter against Gateway Football Club at M.K.O Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta
The friendly encounter was part of the preseason tour for both teams. Alo Boys are preparing ahead for a U19 private league as the Olumo boys will be kicking off a new season in the Nigeria National League.

Both teams started brightly in the game, but the entertaining dominant of the visitors second half display earned goals from the duo, captain Emmanuel Samuel and the forward, Sokunbi in the 56th and 85th minute consecutively earned a well deserved 2-2 draw in the game to continue unbeaten records against Gateway FC.
The pressure from the host almost paid off when Gateway FC was awarded a penalty, but the 15 year old goalkeeper- Divine Progress Onyekwere produced a brilliant save to deny the home side what could have been a decisive goal.
Ahead of NNL 2025/26 season, Gateway United Football Club, Abeokuta has change their name to Gateway Football Club
