The Super Falcons held their first training session in Yaoundé on Tuesday as preparations continued for the upcoming international friendly against the Indomitable Lionesses.
A total of fifteen players were present as the nine-time African champions trained at the Stade Omnisport Ahmadou Ahidjo, marking the official start of on-field preparations ahead of the double-header.

Team media officer Mary Catherine confirmed that the training session took place at 6:00pm, following the opening of camp earlier in the day.
The technical crew used the session to begin tactical work and assess the early arrivals as the squad gradually takes shape.

More players are expected to join the camp in the coming days as preparations intensify.
The first friendly between Nigeria and Cameroon is scheduled for February 28, with the second match set for March 3, both to be played in Yaoundé.
The encounters form part of Nigeria’s build-up toward their title defence at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), offering an opportunity to test squad depth and refine tactical plans ahead of the continental tournament.
