Top football scouts and agents will be on ground to scout for talented players.
The 12th Edition of the competition featured Tama Blessed FC (Port Harcourt), Excellent FC (Ughelli), Josephs FC (Warri), Patriots FC and others, as they battled for pride and top honours.
It was Godspinal FC Ogulaha that emerged champions after days of fierce competition edging out Josephs FC 1-0 in the pre-season tournament final.
